1. Introduction

Welcome to Minazi Tour and Safaris Ltd. By booking any of our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making any booking.

2. Booking and Payment

  • 2.1. Booking Process: To book a tour, please complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly.
  • 2.2. Payment: The full amount is required to secure your booking. The tour is considered booked when the customer pays in full.
  • 2.3. Payment Methods: We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 3.1. Cancellation by Client:
    • Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour start date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start date will not receive a refund.
  • 3.2. Cancellation by Company: Minazi Tour and Safaris Ltd reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.

4. Travel Insurance

  • 4.1. Requirement: All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accident, medical expenses, and repatriation.

5. Health and Safety

  • 5.1. Health Requirements: Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions and any medications they are taking.
  • 5.2. Safety: Clients must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

6. Liability

  • 6.1. Personal Injury and Loss: Minazi Tour and Safaris Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the tour.
  • 6.2. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party suppliers, such as hotels and transport companies.

7. Changes to Itinerary

  • 7.1. Adjustments: We reserve the right to make adjustments to the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Conduct

  • 8.1. Behavior: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. We reserve the right to remove any client from the tour for inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

  • 9.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zanzibar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zanzibar.
